· 2022 - Purchased a Perpetual License of SDS2 with Maintenance to provide BIM (building information modeling) that can produce automated Structural Steel connection design, 3D solid modeling and detailed shop drawings.

· 2021 - Upgraded WiFi Network to a Gigabit connection with a Netgear Nighthawk Tri-Band AX12 12-Stream WiFi 6 Router AX11000 (RAX200).

· 2020 - Purchased 6th High End 5.0Ghz Overclocked Workstation from @XI Computers Corp. (Window 10 - 64 bit OS) with triple 32” 4K Ultra Sharp High Resolution Monitors. Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2021” & Bluebeam Revu 2019 x64 eXtreme”.

· 2019 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2020” & Bluebeam Revu 2018 x64 eXtreme”.

· 2018 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2019” & Bluebeam Revu 2017 x64 eXtreme”. Subscribed to Recap Pro for Point Cloud Registering.

· 2017 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2018” & Bluebeam Revu 2016 x64 eXtreme” and subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud which consists of Adobe’s full line of programs - Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Etc.

· 2016 - Purchased 3D Laser Measuring device w/ Surface Pro 4, Ipad Pro & BrisCAD Pro V16. Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2017”& Bluebeam Revu 2015 x64 eXtreme”. Purchased Epson WF-4640 all in one printer.

· 2015 - Purchased Wacom Cintiq 27” QHD touchscreen display. Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2016” & Bluebeam Revu 2014 x64 eXtreme” w/ subscription.

· 2014 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2015” Purchased Epson WF-7620 large format all in one printer.

· 2013 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2014” & Office Professional 2013.

· 2012 - Purchased 5th High End CAD Workstation (Window 7 - 64 bit OS) with triple 30” LCD High Resolution Monitors. Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2013, Office Professional 2010 & Bluebeam Revu x64 eXtreme”.

· 2011 - Upgraded to Autodesk “AutoCAD Architecture 2012”.
